The tracked-carrier class spans roughly 1.8 to 5.5 tonnes of rated payload. Payload class drives everything downstream — bed size, machine width, gradeability and daily throughput — so it is the first specification to settle.
The light class fits orchard rows, greenhouse lanes and any route gated by narrow access. Available as seated riding carriers or walk-behind units: the walk-behind form gives one operator full control at walking pace in the tightest spaces; the riding form adds speed and comfort for repeated runs.
The mid class is the balanced choice for farmland improvement works and day-in, day-out hauling: enough bed volume for soil, gravel and farm material, still narrow enough for typical field paths.
At the top of the class the job is haul-out: timber and bamboo from rough mountain tracks where the load is heavy and the ground is at its worst. Maximum payload meets maximum traction demand.
Rated payload only pays off if the bed matches the material — crates, bulk material or long timber all want different layouts. In this class the bed is routinely customized (sizes, hydraulic dump, crane-ready frames), so specify the load first and let the payload class follow.
